Unless me eyes are gone...the little bit of green yer seeing is the green wire to the temperature sensor in the thermostat housing. lol I'll go an take another gander at the engine today. Do some scrubbing on the valve cover and block and see if I run across another paint color.

But to the op, That is Chevy 6 blue on my 292.

Turns out...it was originally green...someone pulled the valve cover...fuel line..and side covers and painted them Chevy 6 blue...funny..lol Well that mystery is solved.
