Shimmy Shimmy
So I have swapped my old 61 torsion crossmember for an 83 with disc brakes and all. When we broke the 83 down to replace bushings and ball joints we took off the shims and I dont remember how many or where they went before. Is this gonna be a problem? Can I assemble the control arms and spindles and such and just let the alignment guy figure it out?

Re: Shimmy Shimmy
That's what you pay him the big money for. It would probable need shimmed different anyway.

Re: Shimmy Shimmy
Thats the answer I was hoping for. I dont want to put any shims back in it, although some of the shims that came out are the forked kind that you slip in and a few were the enclosed type that you have to remove the upper control arm shaft to install.
