L33 & 4L60E swap

Here's my swap, its an 06 L33 with 40,000 miles and 4L60E with 19,000. I'll be running a Griffin LS swap radiator and a Boyd Welding EFI tank. I have a PSI wiring harness and Dakota digital VHX gauges waiting to be installed. Unless I'm overlooking something, I should have most of the major components purchased already.

Now, I just have to decide on headers, a new oil pan, the fuel lines/filter and tranny lines. Here are some pics of where I'm at now, feel free to leave to some suggestions as this is my first LS swap!

Re: L33 & 4L60E swap

here's some updates on the swap so far. got the fuel tank installed and fuel lines ran. first time putting together AN fuel lines, hopefully there won't be any leaks, but I'm getting closer to fire it up!

Re: L33 & 4L60E swap

I have the PSI wiring harness all hooked up, but the motor is not turning over. I was wondering if there is something I might be missing, I've read a few posts about running a wire from the junction box on the radiator support to the starter, but that didn't do it either. any suggestions, from the guys who know what they're doing??? thanks for the input!

Re: L33 & 4L60E swap

good morning. nice swap you have there. it looks very nice and clean. first thing I would do Is check for power, ignition power and 12v power with a test light. check the relays, injectors plugs, maf sensor plug, coil packs plug, starter, transmission plug. check all your source and see what has power. also, the starter is responsible for cranking, turning the motor over. I hope this helps. clark.

thank you for the quick responses, looks like I have a few more things to check! the starter isn't engaging so its not cranking. the fuel pump turns on and I have power to the pcm relay with 12V and cranking. thanks again for the quick responses!

Make sure you have the purple wire from your ignition system connected the the small lead on the starter. Great looking project by the way!
