brake light question

finished replacing rear harness on truck added extra grounds on buckets as well, tail lights and turn signals are working have no brake lights have power at orange wire to brake switch jumped to white have white on both sides of t/s connecter no power at yellow or green ,is there a way to check springs in switch or repair them?

if you have power past the brake light switch and you have left and right rear then there is a problem in the turn switch ...YES you can tweak the contacts around in the turn switch here is a post with pics of the inside of the turn switch http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=626281 ...you did not say what year assuming its the yellow 456 in your pic?

yea its a 64 thanks for link couldnt find it ,messed with contacts got it working for a little bit
