Tranny color?
I am going to paint my tranny tomorrow. What do you usually paint it? I'm thinking either gray or black...(I have an orange engine).

I aways paint them with aluminum paint...then they look like stock...brand new

Were they originally painted from the factory? I wondered what color to paint my tranny and transfer case.

i paint mine black with engine paint and use a heat gun to harden the paint

I think that the Aluminum color from a rattle can looks best.
Just make sure whatever color you use, make sure that it's really clean first. Darren

Why not paint it orange also? What color is the truck? Aluminum color always looks good too.
