It's definately a good thing, just something I never thought of that's all. I do plan on cutting them. One full coil should do nicely. I would love to bag it but the truck account is empty. Next winter maybe

Well I went ahead and chopped one coil off. I should have gone a half coil first. She's sitting a little lower than before. I like it but now the rake is pretty severe. I do plan on dropping the rear another 1-1/4" and that might pull the front up a hair as well.

Picking her up from the alignment shop. My alignment guy was quite impressed with the PB control arms. Said he had no issues bringing them in line. Took him about double the time to do the alignment but that had more to do with the lowered stance.

Picked it up from the tranny shop on Friday. Made it about 1/4 of the way home and the skies opened up. Got pretty soaked. Kinda funny actually, the wife was driving behind me and snapped a pic. Other drivers sure look at you funny

You can get a pair of bags, brackets, fittings, line, and scrhader valves for under 300 if you shop around (I've spent under 250 for all of that new before). That will allow you to set the front where you want it and then be able to raise up for service...

You can do a complete air ride suspension front and rear with paddle valves (or a nicer simple setup like dloe's valves) for around 1000. Since a pair of lowering springs is around 300...that's 700 more for a fully adjustable suspension....

Or just Schraders all around for around 500 or less if you find a deal... So a couple hundred more for a fully adjustable suspension

I haven't really decided yet. I've actually gotten a lot of blowback from friends and family, especially my wife I knew there was a reason why I love that woman!!
The Shortbox is my first vehicle, I've had her for 24 years and everyone else thinks I'd be stupid to give up on her.

Keep the short bed. I know Porterbuilt just came out with a kit for you 2wd blazer guys. At the end of the day, it's only money.
