Sold one of the twins

Some of you may recall in June of 2013 I bought a matching 72 Blazer (Blazer 2) to the one I have. I planned on restoring it and enjoying the 2 Blazers for a bit then selling the second one. The Blazers were practically identical just Blazer 2 had rally wheels and no roll bar. I began the restoration in late summer of 2013 and stayed busy on it. In January I got a call from a distant friend who knew I had my K5 and asked if I would sell it because they wanted one and wanted to promote their business with it. I without hesitation said NO!... But! I am building an identical one. They were interested and asked for updated pics of the progress and the in late May I get a call and they said they wanted it but needed it by July 4th for a parade and also need time to send it out to get their graphics on it. Well the long story short I got the truck done on June 20 about 1/2 hour before the transport truck was to pick it up. The trucks new home is in Pawleys Island SC which is not to far from Thomasville NC where the truck was purchased new. Against my advise they put the graphics all over it and is now cruising the streets of Pawleys Island SC. So if any of you SC guys see it you know where it came from. Heres some pics of the before, during and after and what I did the past year.

Very nice blazer. It should attract a lot of attention for his business.

Blazer turned out great! And as far as the graphics go, I have seen much worse. They kinda match the truck.

Hopefully its just a vinyl wrap and not paint. But they own it now, so it is what is is.
