Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
That's me too.
200 for a shortbed frame is tempting. But then, what the heck do I need it for?! Funny how we are about these trucks.

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
I tried to sell my parts truck with a shortbed frame for around the same price about 2 years ago and had only one person interested. He said he wanted it and would buy it in 2 weeks. He never showed and didn't contact me about it again so I just kept it. It may be time to try to sell it again.

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
SF Bay area. Probably too far. May hold on to it as an insurance policy. I haven't decided yet.

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
If someone would be willing to explain, what is a full chassis frame with a rolling suspension short bed?

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
Means it has all suspension components and some worn tires to roll on. The chassis is for a short bed truck. Just selling with no cab, bed, fenders, body panels, engine, or transmission.

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
Just go after the '65 shortbox frame listed (can't recall which city close to Portland). Not sure if it comes with a title, ad doesn't say, and it is far from a rolling chassis, but at least you will have a clean known 1965 chassis instead of the "you'll take my word for it being a '66" chassis.

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
I would but I'm thinking 300.00 is a little high for that frame....I would maybe go 200.00 ..or wait to find one

Re: Not Mine - Shortbed Frame
Can't say I disagree, but maybe it would be worth checking out, and seeing what he/she might take for it. Never know.......
