68 to 77 disc brake swap

So I am about ready to swap over the 77 disc brakes to my 68 drum front.

Here is what I've gathered from my reading on here.

1. The 77 calipers, rotors, and spindle will bolt up to my 68 a-arms.
2. I will need to use a 68 inner tie rod and a 77 outer tie rod with a CPP adapter.

Anything else Im missing? Anyone have more information on the cpp tie rod adapter? I couldn't find it on their site. I pm'ed a few vendors but haven't heard back yet.

3. Also, its unclear about whats being done with brake lines. Im planning to use the 77 power master, but not sure what to do with the proportioning valve and brake lines.

Thanks for the help.
