Let's see your 20's

I'm debating on running 20's on my bagged 65!!! I can find more options going to a 20 vs trying to find a 6 lug 17... So let's see your stock rear axle width 6 lug truck on 20's... Need ideas for the wife!!

Re: Let's see your 20's

This is my 64 with 20's. I believe they are 275x65x20. I just put new rubbers on it less than 100 miles ago. I like them but not sure if I will keep them. I'm going to drop my truck soon and will see if I still like them if not I'm going for a more classic look. Hope it helps you.

Re: Let's see your 20's

I wish I had a space like that to work on my c10. My garage is so small I can barely fit my truck in let alone work on it.

Yea it is nice. My car garage belongs to my wife both sides so I built me a shop to work in.

I dig it. I live on a military base and the garage they give us would barely fit a vw bug. Let alone all my toys tool and truck.

I've got 20's but I'm really wanting some 16" or 18" steel wheels that I can run white walls with.

I have 18" in the front and 20's in the back!

Not the best pictures in the world, but I haven't had much time to take it out and shoot some photos with the whole college work load.

Re: Let's see your 20's

Here is my heap with 20x10's on the rear, 275-45 tires. As soon as I can get some Delmo's I will be swapping and probably stay 20's front and rear.

Re: Let's see your 20's

Man I'm thinking 17-18's might be the biggest I go... 20's fill the well a lot and am afraid they will hit the inner fenders! Really not wanting to cut these up and repaint candy red..

Re: Let's see your 20's

The 20's on all 4 corners look good on a truck lowered quite a bit. The 20 rear 18 front offset are a nice mix as well I think. You can see from LVphotos pics, that 18's look pretty good in the rear with some sidewall on them.

Re: Let's see your 20's

I wouldn't want to hack those fenders either. How about you give me those inner fenders and your 15s and I'll give you my inner fenders with their rust and my 20's.

This is a 20/18 combo I was going to model mine after. It's got a nice stance.

Re: Let's see your 20's

For those who have 20's and dropped or slammed your truck, did you have to modify your wheel wells in your front or rear?

It's not the rim... it's the tire size. Unless you plan anything over 10 inches wide or laying frame. Or wrong offsets. I have 295/45/18 rear at 11.5 wide on 9.5s.

Re: Let's see your 20's

I have 275/45 / 20 and only plan on going down 3-4" right now. Also I've noticed that my tires are close to the inside of the rear wheel wells. How do I get them further away? I worry about them hitting the well.
