Is this a factory hood bird?

I got this a a flea market a while back, i believe it is a factory 60 61 gmc hood bird, what do yall think?

Ya, I just hate the guy broke one of the rear corners off bringing it out, I know its pitted bad but the broke corner sucks,

I also came across one. I bought the hood earlier and when i got it noticed the holes in the front. After doing some looking around i found one on flea bay that was listed as unknown. I took a gamble at $100. It bolted right on. Cool find

According to post #6 on the attached thread, the blunt nose “bird” is 60-61 GMC, the long nose version is 57-59 although both have been used on 60-66 trucks:
