73-87 gauges

any one have a diagram of what leg of each gauge (Oil / Temp / Gas / Volt) go to? im trying to bypass the printed circuit and wire the gauges direct to the truck harness with a new plug.

Thanks in advance.

Re: 73-87 gauges

Looking at the gauges from the back:

Voltmeter (pictured above)
Left terminal (marked A) is power
Top terminal (marked B) is ground
Right terminal (marked C) is a junction between the ceramic resistor and the meter's internal windings (don't make any external connections to this terminal)
Bottom terminal is not present

I don't have pictures of the other gauges handy at the moment, but viewing them from the same orientation:

Temperature Gauge:
Left terminal is power
Top terminal is ground
Right terminal is the sending unit
Bottom terminal is a junction between the resistor & meter windings (again, don't make any connection to this terminal)

Fuel Gauge and Electric Oil Pressure Gauge both use the same terminal layout:
Left terminal is the sending unit
Top terminal is not present
Right terminal is power
Bottom terminal is ground

Trace the circuit board.
