C10 vs C20 ball joints, control arm mount

The previous owner of my truck just found some parts around that he gave me. Looking at the receipts, I think they may have been for the C10 he had previously (also square body, 77 maybe?). Two sets of ball joints (only one set shown in pics), a PS hose, and a control arm shaft.

Can I use any of these on the C20, or should I sell them?

The only thing you might be able to use is the p/s hose. Maybe... The bushings, ball joints and shaft are different on C10 vs. C20/C30
