1961-63 Belair Steering Wheel a direct bolt on?

Can anyone answer this question for me? I have found one a few miles away. I have somewhere between a 67-71 tilt column

Thanks

the splines will fit. make sure you get all the horn parts if that makes a difference to you. I have a 64 on a 98 column, the spines have been the same for 75 years or so.
