i have 64 with 6inch rear drop , whats the widest rim i can run with stock width fenders in bed and what back spacing,thanks jeff

Stepside or fleetside? I have a stepside with 15X10's and p255/60's and they are about 1/8th of an inch from rubbing.

its a fleet side, wanna put 20 dia inch on , have 15 x 8 inch with 3 5/8 back spacing now. thanks

Yeah, no idea man, sorry. I'm not too savvy with wheels and backspacing. Someone who knows more should chime in though.

I wrote this in reply to another backspace question, should help you out

if you want to know what fits your truck, familiarize yourself with FRONTSPACE, and you will never make a mistake. Frontspace is the measurement from the wheel mounting surface to the front lip of the wheel. Hang a plumb bob (a nut tied to string will work) from inside your fender where you know a wheel will contact, and measure from the wheel mounting surface of your brake to that string. that is your maximum frontspace (without accounting for tire bulge). use it to find the minimum backspace on any wheel by adding an inch (8 inch wheel =9 inches) and subtracting the front space, viola! you have the minimum backspacing required.


this will help you no matter what wheel you look at, the frontspace measurement is set in stone, and so as long as you can quickly do some addition (wheel width +1 - backspace) you will know if a wheel will fit just as quickly.
