Belt/Pulley Squeak

I took my 2012 out to the western part of the state on Saturday and on the ride back, noticed a rhythmic squeak that I'm getting very familiar with.

It seems like the accessory belt gets a squeak to it every 15K miles or so. The truck has 57K miles and this will be the third time its been replaced, all under warranty to date. Visually, it looks like the leading edge is starting to fray. Previous belts never frayed. All AC Delco, dealer replaced.

I'm going to order it and install it myself, but this is kind of annoying. My 04 only had a belt replacement and idler pulley replacement at 100K for PM. I even kept the spare.

Anybody else have the same issue?
