Help mounting an LS1 to a stock crossmember
I'm giving my dad the LS1 out of my '56 Belair to put in this 66 SWB project we're building. I have to locate and buy some stock frame perches but I don't understand how to attach these mounts to the stock perches
These are the mounts and plates I have bolted to the motor now

I'm pretty sure those are used for bolting to the '72 up clamshell type frame perches. I used the POR custom frame perches and those engine adapters and motor mounts bolted right to them. LockDoc

You need this style of mounts mounts to bolt to the stock perches. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevrolet-GM...f5ee9e&vxp=mtr |
