80 Blazer question on price
I have a chance to get a 80 Blazer with only 34,000 miles on it. It is four wheel drive and everything still works. Body is in great shape with only the passenger rocker a little rusty. It is painted Silver. What would be a good price? Thanks in advance Kerry (Wootdog)

Are you sure that 34,000 miles isn't 134,000 miles. I'd give 2500 at the most.

Positive
A friend of mine has had it for the last couple of years. He bought it from a Dr. in Conn. that only used it sparingly. Mostly to plow the parking lot for his medical building.

Plow truck then it's a hard 34k. Also you often will have problems with leaks , rust, rings etc in a low mile truck like that. It was sitting neglected in the summer proablably with dirty oil. Pobably had limited run time causing a lot of condinsation in the oil and ATF.
If the rocker rot is very limited I would say $3k tops but kind of hard to say without seeing it. I sold a loaded (windows, locks cruise working A/C) 79 to a guy up that way last year for $3k but it had a crate with about 12k on it and rebuilt everything. Little rocker rot and a little trail rash. A relativly rust free truck up that way does seem to go for a little more then down here.
