SBC vacuum lines

It's been a few months since the old engine came out, and I just want to make sure before I break the new one in:

PCV to the front of the carb (truck avenger) and brakes directly to the manifold is what I have right now. Is this set up right?

There's another connector right next to where I have the PCV going in but it's capped off. The diagram I found shows there's a brake vacuum line in the back of the carb, but that doesn't exist. I'm thinking the capped off one is either that connection in a different spot, or it goes to the air cleaner.
