Here's a DIY I made showing my 1965 C10 seat belt installation. I am not as familiar with the 1960-63 cabs, but it chould be the same.

I got the belts from Seatbeltplanet.com. They are the Lift Latch 140 inch with 20 inch adjustable buckle. The all metal lift latch buckle can get very hot if you live in a hot climate so choose the buckle mechanism that fits your needs. My seat is all the way back and the buckle end belt is barely long enough. Adjust the behind the seat anchor location a little more forward if needed. I am very satisfied with the quality of the belts and mechanism. They also have pre-made anchors that will do the same thing I did when I welded the nut to the washer. The belts do NOT come with any anchors kits so be sure you order that stuff too.

Lugz, do the 140" provide enough 'slack' to work if the bench seat was slid all the way forward? Basically, is it enough for each extreme in seat position... nice write up.

Yes. The 140" is plenty long enough.

What about us Suburban and Panel owners that want 3 pt belts? Same mounting? Our floor is a little different on the passenger side.

I have no experience with the Panel trucks and Burbs. So I can't offer help there. If anyone has done this install in a Burb or Panel I would welcome their input with photos to explain.

Thanks... also, on the 20" stationary strap, will it still stay located on the seat when the bench is slid to furthest forward position? Hopefully that makes sense

No, I don't think the 20" side is long enough if the seat is all the way forward. If that is a concern then the only option would be to move the floor mount location forward or have them make that belt piece longer by 8-12". Too long would be easier to deal with than too short. They make an extension piece for the shoulder anchor and if you call them, they might suggest a similar extension piece for the floor mounted belt. So there are options to play with.

Thanks, gave them a call since I need a seatbelt to accommodate a 6 foot as well as 5 foot person...was concerned about the stationary side of the belt falling into crease of seat when the wife is driving. The solution: don't let the wife drive the truck.

When installing the stationary belt, allow 4-6" of 'lay' on the bench seat from the crease (in the furthest back position)... this should allow enough adjustment for various height people. If the seat can be adjusted beyond that (forward), a custom stationary part can be ordered. If using a GM style buckle, the length is non-adjustable. If using a lift-latch, you can adjust the length of stationary side.

The key point on the stationary side is that when latched, the buckle sits by the hip area. If the stationary side is too long, it may latch more towards the center of the body. If this occurs, it can make the shoulder strap non-operable and the occupant can slide out of belt. If the stationary strap needs to be adjustable, only certain styles of latches can be used.

Yes, the 6" of "lay" on the bench seat is ideal. However, the latch style buckle is adjustable. Therefore, if you custom ordered a 32" belt instead of their standard 20" belt, you could adjust the buckle end to the exact right position every time regardless of the seat position. The push button buckle style is not adjustable. I wish I had an extra 12" of belt on my buckle end. Right now I'm right at the limit. The photo below has the passenger and driver buckle belt adjusted to the longest position and my seat is all the way back. (I have the center buckle adjusted short so it doesn't flop around. )
