fuel return line ????
my old stock fuel pump had an inlet, outlet, and a return line. do aftermarket pumps like say the holley 110gph pump have a return line? if not, what do i do with it?

no, aftermarket pumps don't have it. remove it and plug it back at the tank. and make sure you have a vented gas cap.

I used a rubber line and a bolt in it with a hose clamp to tighten it down to prevent leaks. You can get a vented gas cap at the auto stores. I got locking matching set. Cost me $20 from O'Rilley's. I had to order them but was there the same day.

i already have locking gas caps, how do i know if they are vented?

just take it off and turn it over and there will be some weird looking stuff on the back side of the cap. thats the only way i can think of to say it. if its not vented than it will just look like solid plastic. i plugged mine the same way brandon did

im not sure what the big deal is about having a vented cap if you remove the fuel return line
but if you have a charcoal canister, then you neednt worry about venting mike |

its supposed to prevent vapor lock or something. i would/did eliminate the charcole canister also

I removed my canisters as well. No need for them anymore since I'm emissions exempt due to age of the truck
