With a hurt frame, some rust, he's "asking" a bit much. But that's all it is is asking. Lots of good parts, but losing the "original" (or original looking) paint on the front clip and having a bent frame it's now a cab with some rust, bed, doors, front/rear end, and a motor. If, (big if) you could salvage the frame by having it straightened then maybe $2000. If not, $1500?
JMO, no offense meant.

fighting an urge to go look.... ps/pdb/surpentine belt/complete A/C, 16,000mi BB, super comp headers, alum. intake, 400 turbo, 3.08 posi, factory tach, wheels, tires, S.bed ... lotta stuff 'specially if he'd come down on the money some. Some stuff I'd like to have for my trucks but I'd choke on selling the leftovers.

With a damaged frame (unless it can be straightened) it's not a truck anymore. Just some good/nice parts. can make a truck out of it, but,
