2WD Blazer Wheels and Tires / Pictures and Details

I would like to gather all the pictures and specs on just the 2WD Blazers. It's important to include the wheel and tire details as well as any information on suspension or body modifications necessary.
The picture thread doesn't consistently include the necessary information to help pick wheels packages. Also, please keep comments to a minimum. I would like this to be a data base rather than a discussion.
If this work as planned it might be a good sticky.
Thanks

EXAMPLE ONLY - picture stole from the interwebz

well why don't we kick it off with stock size wheels and tires and factory ride height?

Our blazer is a Highlander 2wd and it came from the factory with hub caps like these.
