Hey, there, Brian!

Do the folks at MTU still have the annual mud bogs up at the airport these days? I can still remember how fun that was.

I'm an MTU grad myself, spending 1990-1995 up there. I graduated with a B.S. in Mining Engineering in May '95. I even had my Suburban up there the last two years I was in school-- gotta love Ziebart! It saved my truck; she's now earned a "retirement" from the salt.

GO HUSKIES!

Kevin

Yup we still hold the mud bog evry year. Its been cvhanges to either the Range snowmobile club or Houghton county fairgrounds in the past couple years.

SALT KILLS mine was VERY rusted out when i got it....hasnt gotten any better since either.

Anyways good to see some alumni around every now and again. Keep a watch on the club web page for bog info. Maybe send our webmaster a litle info and he will post it on the alumni page.

great idea, looks good

I like the idea of that removable blazer top. How hard was it too seal that? could you send me some photos of the area you cut out and how you sealed it? I was thinking about doing the same thing to my burb but I could use some ideas for how to do it. Good looking suburban. How well did the 350 work with those 38's, I'm thinking of putting some 37's on mine as its only a half ton.
Thanks a lot snowbrder9@hotmail.com

Sorry i have been away fromt his site for a while guys. Anyways, I ran 35's and no lift then 38's and 6" now with 40's and 6" lift. The back is a pickup box that was cut to fit and a blazer seal section was used to seal the blazer top to the burban. It is now for sale too. I need to get rid of it ASAP!
