New 67 shorty

I'll keep this post short since I'm posting this from my phone. But I picked up a 67 shortbox step side yesterday. It's a lot rough, body is completely shot. Older resto. Seat is good and tires are in decent shape. Sbc and auto tranny. Price was right, so my plans are to fix whatever is draining the battery, the transmission leak, and make it a reliable little beater truck. I think it's a cool looking little rat rod type truck. Anyway, I only have the 1 pic and I'll try to get more soon.

Re: New 67 shorty

Thanks guys. Only plans right now are to get it to be a reliable daily/weekend cruiser. I'll fix any issues that come up. I think it's been redneck lowered a little bit, I may do it correctly down the road and then who knows. I may end up LS swapping it eventually. I just wanted a 2wd to cruise around in every once in a while.

Re: New 67 shorty

Here are a few more pictures. I had one question on the SPID. I've never seen a "Sunshade Unit". Any ideas?
