Hard to tell because the picture is blurry on my phone, but it looks like that fuel filter uses barb fittings. To use fittings you could get an AN to barb fitting and then use a small piece of fuel injection hose and clamps.

I thought about that but I was under the impression that barbed fittings and hide clamps wasn't sufficient for efi on Ls swaps because of the pressure...? If I'm Wrong that would be easy enough

I don't think it's the most ideal situation, but it's the only way you are going to use that filter. They make FI rated hose clamps and hose, so it is possible. Have you considered purchasing a fuel filter for the donor vehicle of your motor and adapting it? For example, my motor came from a 2003 Silverado and parts stores carry a fuel filter with female threaded fittings on either side which I am sure could be adapted to an fittings.

You can get one with qc fittings made into it. Found this from searching, Hastings Filters GF283 In-Line Fuel Filter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000C3B9Q4..._baqzwb4GWHSZF

I got a filter with NPT ends and then AN to NPT adapters for the fuel line. Here is a link to the filter.
