Power to fuse box but entire truck is dead
So im trying to get my 71 truck running and the wiring Is giving me problems. I have power to the fuses and everything but absolutely nothing works. Headlights, turn signals, wipers, keys don't work. When j tap the starter with a screw driver it turns on though so it has plenty of juice. Anyone maybe know what is wrong? Wiring is definitely not my strong suit so this is really getting old quick. ANY help is appreciated thanks

Re: Power to fuse box but entire truck is dead
Sounds as if you have no grounds.....check the ground cables(straps) that connect the cab to the chassis, the engine to to cab, engine to the frame, etc... since you have power to the fuse block, most likely a ground issue.

Check all your grounds ,sounds as though you have a grounding issue ,take them off one by one clean and reinstall.
