Cant find correct shocks
Hello again, I am lowering my 69 with the Hotchkis 4/6 spring kit and 2” lowering block on the rear. Can anybody give recommendations or part numbers for which drop shocks can be used for this application? Also what is a good quality shock relocation kit?

Re: Cant find correct shocks
It would probably be more beneficial in the long run for you to measure your max extension and compression, then use those numbers to locate a proper length shock from the company of your choosing. It'll give you way more freedom to translate across brands so you can decide whats available for your needs and in your budget.
For example, the front on my '66 with an agressive drop needed a shock roughly 8" compressed and ~12-14" full extension. I can use those numbers and look through the product line cards from Qa1, Viking, KYB etc etc and find any shock they offer in those lengths. And don't buy the $30 "drop shocks" that some places sell...they are just short body generic shocks, no different valving or anything like that.
