New Guy Intro and Question
Hello All,
My name is Mike,34, from central Wisconsin. Married with a couple of daughters. I have been a gearhead since before I could drive. I have had many cars so far, 69 RS camaro,70 Impala,63 Impala,66 Chevy II,62 Corvair Convertable,31 Model A tudor. The only one I wish I still had is my very first vehicle, 63 Chevy SWB Fleetside. I loved that truck, But I have to sell it after I got back from Wyoming Tech in '89 because I lost my storage. It was rusty, crusty, and an eyesore to everybody but me. Now I have a shop and all the tools and knowhow to build one right. For about the last 10 yrs I've been building and racing stockcars ind central wisc. Lately my interests have switched back to old cars. I have a 31 Tudor that I've channeled and I'm going to chop soon. Then I want an old 60-63 chev SWB fleetside again. So if you got one laying around let me know I'd be interested I look forward to exchanging knowledge and stories with all of you. My question is, is a '62 C-20 body and front clip the same as a C-10? Thanks, Mike |

Mike,
I think you'll find the C/20 and C/10 share the same sheetmetal. If you want to find Chevy stuff in WI, make sure to go to the Jefferson swap meet April 24/25 this year. Brian |
