Put some miles on it. Drove to work on Friday, then to check out the Rod Run on Saturday, then to the ranch to horse around. Good times were had by all.

Re: What did you do WITH your truck today?

Well last weekend I pulled the windows outta my 66's cab. Really getting excited to start getting this cab done. But then I got sick and have been down....and the weather has been pretty bad to. So my life sucks.

Jacked it up and found out that it is not the rear seal that is leaking. The pan gasket is leaking in the rear.

Well this week I used the truck to get the materials to build this fence. 74' long.

I wish that was my ranch Paul, but it's not. My daughter works there on Saturdays, the gal who does own the ranch has 7 horses, so my girl and another girl go there to work with the horses and clean the barn etc in exchange for free lessons and ride time. Win, win for everyone.

Today after work I picked up two loads of bamboo flooring for my house, I didn't want to overload it but with 1300lbs in only dropped 2", had tons of travel and rode super smooth. I'm almost thinking maybe I should put ½ ton springs in it for better ride quality, I dunno. Got tons of comments while loading up, that never gets old.

I like seeing these old beasts still putting in work, building fences, hauling stuff, taking em for a cruise and getting used, that's what Chevy built em for.

Nice fencing!

Woody is currently up on stands but, as the weather is not the best here, think he is enjoying his rest.

Working trucks are a great thing.

Fence and ranch shots had me grinning too......

I suspect you are right about Woody taking a break from this kind of use.........

Unpacked my parts for the engine rebuild last night, made me smile.

I hope you enjoy your two days at Goodwood Paul Y.

Will text you later about motor rebuild.

Re: What did you do WITH your truck today?

Good to see this bumped back up the board.

I am still in work mode but hope to have an update in the next few weeks involving 'Race Car'.
