Can you combine shipping on (2) cigarette deletes, (1) not so faded GMC horn cap, (1) headlight knob, and (2) head light switch bezels (if you have them)? What would be my total?

So if I understand correctly you're looking for a non deluxe headlight plunger. The thing with the long metal shaft attached to it. And also the chrome screw-on bezels?
