Door Weatherstripping

I started off searching for a thread I could have sworn was written in the past 6 months here, it had a recommendation for brand/vendor of good square body door weatherstripping that was priced reasonably to boot.

It was a short thread, only a handfull of posts. Think I can find it? Nope. Think I have a bookmark? Of course not. Finding lots of 67-72 weatherstripping threads, but not the square thread I think I saw. Just lots of LMC bashing.

So, who can recommend some quality vendors/brands of door weatherstipping?

Alex.

Re: Door Weatherstripping

Call classic parts of America and see if they are carrying precision weather stripping. They told me that they carry different brands at different times and I got mine at a great price.

Re: Door Weatherstripping

I used Soff Seal on mine. Seems to be alright, it does bind a little where the door meets the cab near the dash pad. not sure if that is a brand issue or if they all do that. I also got the seals that go on the door frame, seems to help with wind noise some.
