Dead heater fan
Hey all the heater fan in my 71 is in op at the moment, and while I don't mind it when its a little chilly out I do miss having the luxury of sliding the switch and getting warm air into the cab. I have already checked the fuse and the slot it goes into and it gets 12v to each side. From there I checked to brown wire with a voltmeter and no power was getting to the wire. Anyone have any ideas on why that is?

Check for power at the switch. And also the resistor on the heater box.

Check also the back of the ignition switch. Unplug the plastic connector and take a look at the terminals.
