Re: What Is The Best Fitting Exhaust For Our Trucks ?

I would talk with the people at Hedman Headers or another header company. Some offer lifetime warranty against warping on their product. They are a great resource. Are you running straight or angle plug heads? Is your motor stock? How much do you want to invest in a nice set of Hi Temp coated headers that wont rust? If you are running a performance motor you will want to run the larger exhaust port at the head with a 3 inch collector. I am running Hedman Headers for angle plug heads, part #500-69088. Don't waste your money on cheap unknown junk headers. Plugs are not easy to change with headers. Straight plug heads are easier to change. My truck is stock height. 1966 SWB SS 355ci w/turbo350. Hope this helps.

The best fitting headers with easy plug access are the headers made specifically for these trucks. Hedman 69260's.

Summit or Jegs is likely going to have the best price. This is the ones I am looking at for the panel.

Sorry but no I do not. I typically buy the plain painted steel headers, have them sand blasted and paint them with 2-3 coats of wood stove paint.
