58 Fleetside Tailgate Single pull handle
Today I'm working on how to install a singe pull handle/latch in the inside middle of my tailgate.I have the "guts" from an old Ford tailgate.Just looking for ideas on how to do this

I got the parts off a 70's truck to do it on the inside, but decided to just go with CCP slides on each side.

Here's one I saw in Phoenix last week. I asked the owner about it and he told me he was an instructor at a school where the students built this truck recently and that LMC is going to reproduce the kit. All American Billet is going to manufacture them.
I've reached out to AAL and haven't heard anything back to date.

Just received word from Lu at All American Billet. Says he has them ready for just under 300$.
He also said his web site will be updated tonight so to include this new item.

I bought a gate from Mar-K. it has inside release latch and a 3rd brake light in the top of the gate.
