Advice on advertising for local help

Wonder what would be the safest most effective way to get help completing the build on the USAF 54 3100. Just had both corneas replaced and my back is toast as well. I need help and ran out of large funds to finish. Could pay under $20/hr Could be done by an amateur and is basically grunt work needed to finish like bolting on bed and power running boards. I know whta to do but just can't anymore. Any advice appreciated.

might check around at some vocational schools...when I was still in school we worked on lots of vehicles for people that were down on their luck
it was free labor to those folks

One thought along the same line is that if there is a college or vocational school in your area that has an automotive program see if there is a student that might need a few hours of work. Most colleges and trade schools charge a labor charge if you take the rig in to the school shop and it may be a lot better to have someone come to your garage to work on it for a few hours when you need them.

Maybe even a second or third year auto mechanics student from a local high school recommended by the instructor. When I was teaching I had people calling looking for a kid who could work on something that had some skill, was reliable and trustworthy.

Then there is always Side Job Bob and every area seems to have a couple of local mechanics or body men who do side jobs. Only problem there is that they may want more money than you have to spend at one shot.

I second calling the local high school ag or vo-tech instructor. I bet they know a kid who could use the money. If you don't like the first, call back and ask for a second or third.

May be able to see clearly again soon so some hope there. Went in for cataracts came out with 3 new corneas (one failed) am now officially rebuilt with previously owned used parts.)
