1986 Cab Mounting Anchor Nuts
Wonder if anyone has had the recepticles that you bolt the cab down to the frame, (there are four, my pass side forward is broken) with to spin when you try to remove them. I have one that is obviously broken and I don't know how to get to it to repair. Need some help!!! Thanks

I don't know if they make something for replacement like you are asking but here is something I did on mine and it seems to be working fine. If you can't get another suggestion, try this:
I took a hardened bolt, cut the head off and welded it to what was left of the bolt in the cab. I then took a piece of 1/8 flat, drilled a hole to slide over the bolt coming from cab and welded bolt and flat together to keep it from spinning. Then I tack welded flat to cab. This meant I had to use a nut on the bottom side and I tacked so it would not come off. If you are doing a restoration this isn't the way to go, but if you are just trying to find a way to secure cab to frame, it will work. If you don't weld, you might find someone who would weld a stud to the flat, drill holes where you would have good metal (if rusted, which I assume is the case cause it's spinning) and use some fasteners to secure it to cab. You will have to raise the cab a little to get the stud to have room to go into cab bushing.
