Original clamshell, converting to barn doors...other than bottom hinges, what is major difference?

The upper header is also different altho it may work and the side pillars on the body are different..... hinge mount plates

I already bolted the barn doors on the body, sides are predrilled for them, whether or not it was clamshell or barn door
