Re: Brown truck just left
I thought it was more interesting when they made their way into the living and dining room. We had the freshly painted hood on the ‘Cuda in there during Sunday family dinners.

I love it when my wife brings in the mail and there is a box with her. She gets excited and starts thinking its for her, only to find out its truck parts. It makes me feel good inside to see her disappointment haha.

Re: Brown truck just left
I’m still waiting on the crossmember. I called CPP, they said that they were in the middle of “year end inventory,” so it might be delayed.

What are you going to use for Control arms? I am pretty much Ebay'ing everything right now. Buying a little here and there. I am watching a lot of Helix stuff.

I opted not to do a complete kit and piece things out. I'm going to try and do a rear steer setup vs. the front steer. That's why i bought those particular spindles. I was a little skeptical of the Helix stuff, but by the looks of those spindles, they'll do just fine. Chris |

Re: Brown truck just left
Crossmember made it, finally. I’m surprised by the quality, since I bought the “economy” crossmember. The upper hats are very beefy. The lower crossmember seems to be bent in a press, with a top cap welded on, rather than multiple pieces welded together. Should be good and strong. It’s a 56” WMS unit, so I’ll need to think about what to do with the brakes, hubs, etc...
