mongocanfly referenced the correct tool. It does come in various die sets to lower the costs. tooltopia,com has been very good to deal with.

Worth every penny imo!

What do you guys think of the location of the filter/regulator? Is there a recommended length from tank or just as close as possible?

looks good ..I don't think it matter as much about the filter/reg location...but on the walbro pump every thing I read said keep it as close as possible to the tank

Where did you put pump? Fixing to have to do the same thing.

It's in the body welding tank (aeromotive pump) I just got done building hoses from the filter/reg back to the tank. Used fragola 6000 PTFE hose and hose ends with FAST screw set gm female connectors at the regulator. Now I'm gonna start heading towards the fuel rail. Might try stainless first and if its too hard to do I have a back up plan of going with the PTFE hose.

Side question:
Does anyone know if the boyd tank needs grounded because it looks like the pump my be isolated and the tank is mounted on rubber pads?

Did you get pump set up from Boyd ? I have a tank from him also but it's 5 years old and no EFI pump in it.

It definitely can't hurt. The more grounds the better! Also, the PTFE lines are a good way to go.
