pic of 235/70/15&275/60/15 combo
I want new rear tires, current combo is 235x70 fr. on a 7 in. rally and 255x70x15 on a 8 inch rally rear, but I don,t like that much of a rake.I was thinking of 275x60x15 for the rear as they are just a tad taller. I need the 235x70,s on the front as is perfect for potholes etc. Is a 78 short box with 2.5 spindles with 1 coil cut and flipped rear. Those are just some wheel covers I was trying over the rallys. I don,t know if a 235x70 on a 8 inch rim for the rear would match being a little wider. I just have a hard time finding the combo I like.

275's are your best choice if you want staggered widths & similar heights.
Mathematically: 235/70's = 27.92 275/60's = 27.99 BFG's list them both as 28" OD.
