making a belt bucket, can anyone do it?

i thought it be cool to have one. my question is could anyone design and make a unit that would be easy to make without wreaking the emblem and be easy to re-attach or attach to the cab if one so desired.

The bigger the buckle , someones trying to compensate.
I used a 63 seat belt for a few years. With the intention of safety first. We wouldnt want any accidents....lol
