Yet another brake question.

I know there has been several discussions here about which brake line goes where but I still have some confusion. My 65 has two sizes of brake line. On the original single reservoir there was a big line that went to the front brakes and then split into a smaller line to the back. I bought a master for a 67 which has two different size holes and I put my larger line in the larger port but that puts it at the rear of the master and I thought the front brakes were supposed to feed from the front port. Will it be okay this way or do I need to get some adapters and swap them. It is standard non power drum brakes.

Re: Yet another brake question.

Take your master to the parts store. Get nuts that fit in the ports. Front port to front, rear to rear.

Re: Yet another brake question.

With the '67-'70 master cylinders, the front port is the front brakes and the rear is rear brakes. You will need either adapter fittings or change the lines accordingly.
