bed wood
so I got my bed wood last week and was told its not what I ordered, can any of you wood guys tell me if this is quarter sawn white oak, I am pretty sure its white oak but not quarter sawn

That is not quarter sawn. If you look at the ends of the board, the growth rings on quarter sawn stock are always perpendicular to the face of the board.

so I called mar-k and they agree they sent wrong wood, they reimbursed me 180.00 dollars, they said they have new people in the wood shop that only seen white oak
