REVIEW A-1 Auto Parts in Sweetwater Texas

There are 3 64-66 behind the office. A few 60-66 beds used to stock hubcaps power steering pumps etc. Inside of the garage is a 60-62 cab. Tiny Showroom has all sorts of stuff hanging from the ceiling even.

And then there's his private stash over the hill with a junk yard dog that gets chained every time he goes for parts. Dog has even turned on him.

20+ trucks not all for parts.

Highlights , he has a 1961 3 door with the 4th door that gets welded in place. Floors rockers are somewhat there to give you an idea. Everthing above the floor is solid. He bought it from a race car team to restore one day.

Lots of Panoramic View cabs ( BBW to those who don't seem to care. ) but he will not seperate from the cabs, therefore run $800.

A few Deluxe Steering Wheels all with broken horn rings except for the one out of a 63 that I got for my project.

No good body panels really unless your not to fussy.

No Suburbans or Panels of our series.

Two A/C trucks with under dash aftermarket units.

1 Chevy with Power Assist Steering. Dibs on the frame bracket.

Lots of shot up glass.

60-62 GMC with hydromatic. To much stuff inside the cab to get to the high hump floor section ( Thank You Ron for that insight. )

He's a long time local parts store so stuff on the shelves and cache'd behind closed doors.

Worth the trip , I'd say yes. His Georgia Peach transplanted wife is a hoot and easy on the eyes. The shop dog is part Dingo and should have a warning label according to Susan. She woke up Beaux the owner to take me back to the stash.

Great couple of hours , friendly and funny to talk with.
