Blazer in Alabama

'71 Blazer belongs to a friend of mine, took these when I delivered him some new parts. Pictures were from late in the day and I had to lighten them some, so color may vary a little. I picked up several parts from Tim Christian at the SCS in Memphis and a few more from him at the truck nats show a few weeks ago. Only got the 4pc Lock set installed for the pictures. Will take a few more next time, hopefully with a few more of the new parts, and a little sun.

Door edge guards are the metal strip that caps the door edge. Either SS or Chrome not sure. Normally on Higher end trucks. Can see a little of it in this pic, but still not real good. Will try to get a close up next time.

Not sure about the roll bar, was one it when he got it. Smaller bar is part of the soft top supports.
Here are a few pics of the edge guards from one of mine. Would say they are SS. Back photo shows the cut out for the lower body line.

Tim. Should look better once he or I get those new parts on. He's got a lot going on right now, and I put the lock set in for him. But then I had the keys so I got to go for a test drive...

Blue. He was wanting a two wheel, but found this one and seems to like it. It is still at what I think is the stock height so it's not to bad.

Will pass on the comments.
