Right Hand drive 1966?

Not mine but this is pretty cool. It’s about 100 miles away from me.

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

They might be waiting awhile at that price.
Interesting how they flipped the steering column 180 degrees.
Wonder how many bellcranks they used for the shifter.
Also steering gear box location.

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

At least it doesn't have the all too popular Corvette motor rare running when parked!

Yes, you could get them from the factory like this. I too think the price is way out of line. WAYYYY out of line, on the border of nutz!

Hydraulic clutch to solve that part of the conversion.
Met a guy years ago in Ontario Canada . He says he was part of a team that travelled to different countries to do these conversions.

I thought that too!

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

Nah!
If it was a mirror image the aircleaner would be on the passenger side!
Does appear he has the heater hoses installed wrong. We’ll need to deduct an extra 5 grand for that mistake!

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

I can see the shifter linkage running back off of the steering column I’ll bet you somebody scratch there azz trying to figure that linkage out You would think a four-speed would been a whole lot easier

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

The linkage on those is a jungle!
The one I looked at had 5 pairs of bellcranks and six adjustable pairs of rods for the 3 speed.

Re: Right Hand drive 1966?

Price indicates too many left handed cigarettes.

I'm not sure I understand how the heater works, where is the blower and core? Under the dash?
