Paint code
I have looked at multiple threads on paint colors and codes and am still confused. This is all that I have. The color of the truck when I got it was a darker blue metallic and white. What is L89 and L99?

Re: Paint code
RPO 535 = conventional Two Tone white (521) over dark green (505).
The green is also known as Glenwood Green. I don't see an L88/L89. Would be NICE though ![]() LS9 = 350 engine. D89 = paint pinstripe for upper trim (no metal) (shown in pic 3 - I believe yours would have been white) D99 = the bright paint divider between the white and dark green (around the back of the cab) Last edited by jocko; 10-29-2018 at 10:21 PM. |

Re: Paint code
Also, the Build Sheet you have is somewhat more important than the SPID - if you don't have a SPID (sheet pasted on the glovebox door), member Chipflyer could build you one based off this Build Sheet. But you can't reproduce a Build Sheet. Nice truck by the way - base model Custom 20 with nice mirrors, paint stripe, and some HD suspension options!

Re: Paint code
Jocko, Thank you for the reply. I messed up and meant D89 and D99 not an "L". This truck was two tone painted a dark blue metallic with white in between. I guess that it is safe to assume that someone didn't like the green and painted it blue. Thank you for the clarification.
