Hooker LS Turbo Manifold

Started my 5.3 turbo setup in my 77 c10 and wanted to post that the Hooker Turbo manifold fits a c10. It is very close and need a small amount of grinding here and there. Just wanted to post this so if people search in the future they can find it. Before ordering I called Hooker direct to see if they knew if it fit. They had no idea. You have to unbolt the passenger side motor mount and jack the engine up a few inches to get it in.

The grinding was on the clam shell mount mount portion. All else clears. I suspect with different motor mounts it would all clear.

Re: Hooker LS Turbo Manifold

Cool, thanks for the info. I suspect no low mount a/c compressor will fit?

Re: Hooker LS Turbo Manifold

Do you have any updated pictures of hot side routing or turbo placement?

Re: Hooker LS Turbo Manifold

Hope to start up in a week or so. Waiting on the driveshaft and crossover pipe. Hot side pipe is to big. Used 3" id pipe. Would use 2" or 2.5" if I did it again.
