Earlier Vintage Air Units....How Good Are They?
I have a chance to buy a new Vintage Air kit for the 64-66 trucks. It's an older design that uses electric/vacuum servos to control it's operation.
Does anyone have experience with this type of unit? Pros and cons. What are your thoughts? Here is a Picture of the Unit |

Depends on the price imo, also call VA and ask what would it take to upgrade to electric.

I have that older system in my 64. It works well, but I used to have a 64 Falcon with the newer style system, the newer one is even better. Bottom line though, the older system will keep your truck cool.
